The mobile home is located in the Cesenatico holiday park (near Rimini) on the Adriatic coast and borders directly on the beautiful sandy beach.

This holiday village offers a pool, entertainment, mini club, restaurant, pizzeria, its own supermarket, playground, doctor's surgery, hairdresser, wellness centre and many sports facilities (tennis, football, etc.) as well as a wide sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols, ensuring a perfect holiday with your family.

The beautiful old town with its boat harbour is only 1.5 km away.

Within a few kilometres you can also reach well-known places such as Rimini, Riccione or one of the famous amusement parks on the Adriatic coast (Mirabilandia, Aquafun, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Oltremare, Le Navi).

For art lovers, the art cities of Ravenna (with its basilicas and its luminous Byzantine mosaics, Faenza (with its inimitable ceramics in the International Ceramics Museum) or the world-famous Republic of San Marino are just a few minutes away.

The flat terrain also makes the region interesting for cycling tours.

The mobile home Riviera for a maximum of 6 people has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds.

The living room has a well-equipped kitchen (pans, crockery, cutlery) and satellite TV.

The bench in the living room can easily be converted into a double bed if required.

The mobile home has a bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin.

The WC is separate.

The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

A cot and high chairs are also available (please reserve when booking).

Air conditioning available, barbecue permitted, journey time to the Italian border approx.

Border approx. 3.5h.

Half or full board can be booked on site on request.

Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday park borders directly on the sandy beach and is therefore ideal for families with children.

The wide, gently sloping sandy beach also makes swimming very pleasant.

There are toilets and showers on the beach.

Restaurants and bars/gelateria are available for refreshments.

In addition to a large free sandy beach, there are also sun loungers and parasols for hire.

POOL The Cesenatico Village offers three fantastic swimming pools, a large pool, a medium pool and a children's pool for our youngest guests.

We also offer two whirlpools.

With refreshing essences and adjustable jet pressure, every relaxation after an eventful day will be a pleasure for you.

Refreshing drinks, ice creams and delicious snacks await you at the kiosk.

The swimming pools are open for you every day from the end of May to the beginning of September FAMILY-FRIENDLY The motivated and well-trained miniclub team looks after children aged 3 and over.

Adults can start the day with soft gymnastics on the beach.

Sports tournaments and board games on the beach are also always fun.

In the evening, you can look forward to cabaret, music and group dancing.

In bad weather, the events naturally take place in our covered open-air theatre.

Not to be forgotten is the Baby Dance for our little guests.

A specially rehearsed children's dance.

Of course, you don't have to take part in our varied leisure programme.

And you can relax with a cool drink in the shade.

LEISURE AND SPORTS The holiday village offers a wide range of sporting activities, whether on the beach (beach volleyball) or within the resort, such as the football pitch or the volleyball court.

There is also a tennis court.

SHOPPING In the well-stocked supermarket you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese and groceries.

The complex also has a bazaar with tobacco products, newspapers, children's toys, beachwear, souvenirs and camping items.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

Of course you can also make use of the half or full board at favourable conditions.

You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).

PETS Max. 2 pets are allowed and must be registered when booking.

Dangerous dog breeds are not permitted (in particular Pittbull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Mastino Napoletano, Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, some German Shepherd breeds).
