The holiday village is situated directly on the deep blue sea in Umag, Croatia.
The center of Umag is only a few minutes' drive away.
As the holiday complex is located directly on the sea, it is ideal for families with small children.
The numerous facilities and play areas make the holiday complex unique and particularly child-friendly.
In addition to a large pool, a baby/children's pool with a great pirate ship and interesting play facilities, there is also a mini club/animation for children of all ages.
Of course, there is also an entertainment program for adults.
The complex also has several sports courts and restaurants.
The holiday park also offers an indoor pool for bad weather days. The Stella Premium apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is located on the ground floor.
It has one bedroom with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping spaces.
The living room also has a satellite TV. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The covered, spacious terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Driving time from the Croatian border approx. 20 minutes.

Additionally, the well-known water park Istralandia is just a few minutes' drive away.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
The small town of Umag, with its harbor, is a well-known business and tourist center in Istria. A long time ago, Roman nobility decided to use Umag as their summer residence. This is still visible today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city center, you will find many different shops, from boutiques to grocery stores and a shopping center. You will also find various restaurants and cafes in the pretty streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bike. The city has specialized shops that will provide you with the right equipment. If you like to be out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is recommended. There you will find not only the usual games of chance but also good music and fresh drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija-Salvore, for example, during a bike tour. You might be lucky and be in Umag during an ATP tennis tournament at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several recommendable towns whose visit is certainly worthwhile. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec, or even Pula and Umag itself offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historical buildings that are certainly worth seeing. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine cave. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you will find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless variations. You can also find good wine in Croatia. So, if you want to indulge yourself, this is the right place. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music, and socializing, whether in a disco, on the beach promenade, or in a small alley. Entertainment in the evening is therefore guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycling or hiking trails, so those seeking peace or athletes will also get their money's worth. You will usually find the famous weekly markets daily in Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.
