The accommodation is located in the family-friendly holiday complex Villaggio Turistico Rosapineta Sud.

It is located directly on the Adriatic Sea in the small town of Rosolina Mare.

The resort offers various advantages for young and old: great pool area, playgrounds, entertainment, mini club, sports and not forgetting a beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach.

There are different pools for every age group.

The little ones can spend time in the paddling pool, while the adults can make themselves comfortable in the heated massage pool.

The great entertainment team and the mini club invite your children into a world of games, music and dancing.

If you need to run small errands or wash clothes, you will find everything you need in the resort.

Mobilehome C6 offers space for a maximum of 6 people.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

There is a satellite TV in the living room.

It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin.

The separate toilet has a WC and washbasin.

The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The holiday complex is located directly on the golden sandy beach, which is very gently sloping and therefore ideal for families with small children.

The beach is reserved exclusively for guests.

There is plenty of entertainment on the beach! A great playground, sports facilities, entertainment or leisurely swimming.

You're sure to find something to suit your taste.

Thanks to the wide pavements leading up to the sunshades, the beach is also easily accessible with pushchairs.

POOL There is a fantastic pool available to holiday guests.

This has been divided into several areas so that everyone can have fun.

There is a children's pool with a water feature, a pool for adults and older children and a heated massage pool.

Sun loungers are freely available around the pool area.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday village is very family-friendly and has several playgrounds and a children's pool.

Here your children can play carefree and freely with new friends under the shady pine trees or on the beach.

For children aged 3 to 12, the holiday village offers a special mini club with trained entertainers.

Together with the motivated entertainment team, sandcastles are built, crafts of various kinds are carried out and there is also a playground.

The little ones will have lots of fun with the treasure hunt and the children's disco.

Evening parties for young and old in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere allow you to make new friends quickly.

Dance evenings, cabaret, musicals, parties with fire-eaters and fireworks will make your holiday unforgettable.

A bike hire service enables you to go on great bike tours.

In the new fitness centre, which is available to guests free of charge, you can continue your fitness programme while on holiday.

The centre has equipment to help you escape the stresses of everyday life and keep in shape.

Even beginners who want to get to know this type of sport and relaxation will find something for themselves in the fitness centre.

SHOPPING The holiday park has a small supermarket where you can find everything you need for your holiday.

If you would like a larger supermarket, you can find one in Rosolina Mare, which is about five minutes away.

FACILITIES The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans and fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The complex also has two restaurants.

If you don't want to cook for yourself, the La Chiesetta restaurant will spoil you with fish and meat dishes as well as a large selection of pizzas.

You can of course also book half or full board on site (no pre-booking necessary).

If you prefer to eat in your bungalow or at home with friends, you can also order everything to take away.
