This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The beautiful holiday home is located in the Talamone holiday village, surrounded by many trees.
It is situated near the bay of Talamone, a small town between the coast and the Argentario promontory.
The holiday village offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday.
The village has pools for children and adults, entertainment/kids' club (in high season), a playground, beach service (in high season), and a restaurant serving regional and international cuisine.
You will also find a barbecue area in the village.
Particularly noteworthy are the many sporting opportunities, including water sports such as kite surfing, sailing, surfing, and diving, as well as horseback riding and hiking. The two-room holiday homes (semi-detached houses) Michelangelo are surrounded by many pine trees and palm trees, situated on a gentle slope.
The apartment consists of a living room with two full-sized single beds (which can also be pushed together) that serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishes, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The covered patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably, while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Some apartments have a sea view! Pillows and blankets are included.
Barbecuing is permitted in the holiday village.
Travel time from the Italian border is approx. 4.5 hours.

ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY

BEACH
The nearest beach is called "Parco Beach," only 500 meters away.This beach is very suitable for sunbathing as well as for many water sports (surfing, pedal boating, diving, etc.). At the private, well-equipped, wide sandy beach (approx. 5 minutes by car, a shuttle bus runs hourly from the holiday village), where pedal boats and canoes can also be used during high season.
Parking, a restaurant, and a beautiful playground are available.
The calm, clean water is ideal for children.
During July and August, a shuttle service is also available from the holiday village, taking guests to the beautiful rocky cliffs of Talamone (only 1 km away). An ideal location for anyone interested in diving, snorkeling, or cliff jumping.

The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers.A separate children's pool is available for the little ones.

The amphitheater is where the entertainers organize various types of entertainment.The holiday village offers: panoramic swimming pool, archery, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, giant checkers, and a children's playground.
During high season, the animation team organizes aerobic classes, gymnastics classes, and aqua gym classes during the day. Kids' club, tournaments, evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, cabaret.

WINDSURFING AND KITESURFING: Twkc organizes windsurfing and kitesurfing courses.

It is ideal for all levels! Talamone is a suitable location for these sports! SAILING SCHOOL: Sailing courses last one week.
They take place in the morning near the swimming pool.
The course includes theoretical instruction and 2 excursions.

The holiday village is located approx. 400 meters from the sandy beach. Thanks to the very shallow water, it is an ideal location for families with small children.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Talamone is located in the south of the beautiful Tuscany and is primarily known as a jet-set seaside resort with its marina and numerous villas. The rocks give the place a rugged charm and serve as a diving board for the brave. Water sports such as kite surfing or windsurfing can also be tried here. Worth seeing are the churches Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie and Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, the Rocca Aldobrandesca castle, or the numerous watchtowers. There are also several hiking trails where you can get to know nature better. Talamone has several restaurants and cafés to relax in, and a weekly market takes place every Thursday. The town of Orbetello rises in the center of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location, connected to Monte Argentario by a causeway. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connecting the district of Ansedonia on the coast with the famous locality of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses tools and other artifacts unearthed in the surrounding area in its Museo Civico, as a testament to its Etruscan origins. The ancient Mura Ciclopiche, as well as the discovered buildings, both from the 6th century BC, bear witness to a flourishing port life during Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be visited by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe, or simply on foot. From the hills of the nature park, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba, and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups, or with a guide. For fun with the whole family, visit the water park in Follonica! Here you will find various water slides, different water sports courses, and also Zumba classes to join and try. Those looking for Tuscan specialties won't have to search long here! A variety of restaurants, specialty shops, and bars await you in this beautiful area!
