This beautiful holiday home is located in the holiday village of Talamone, which is surrounded by many trees.

It is located near the bay of Talamone, a small village between the coast and the Argentario promontory.

The holiday village has all the amenities needed for a perfect family holiday.

The holiday village has a children's and adults' pool, entertainment/miniclub (in high season), playground, beach service (in high season) and a restaurant serving regional and international cuisine.

There is also a barbecue station in the holiday village.

Special mention should be made of the many sporting opportunities, be it water sports with kite surfing, sailing, surfing, diving, horse riding or hiking.

The two-bedroom houses (semi-detached) Michelangelo are surrounded by many pine trees and palm trees on a gentle slope.

The flat consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (can also be pushed together), which serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

Some flats have a sea view! Pillows, blankets included, barbecues are permitted in the holiday village, journey time from the Italian border approx.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The nearest beach is called "Parco Beach", only 500 metres away.

This beach is very suitable for sunbathing but also for many water sports (surfing, pedalo, diving, etc.) At the private well-equipped wide sandy beach (approx. 5 minutes by car, 1x hourly shuttle bus from the holiday village), where pedalos and canoes can also be used in high season.

Car park, restaurant and nice playground available.

The calm, clean waters are ideal for children.

During the months of July and August there is also a shuttle from the holiday village which takes holidaymakers to the beautiful cliffs of Talamone (only 1km away).

Ideal place for those who love diving, snorkelling or cliff jumping.

POOL The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

There is a separate children's pool for the little ones.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The amphitheatre is the place where the entertainers organise various types of entertainment.

The holiday village offers: panoramic swimming pool, archery, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, giant draughts and children's playground. The entertainment team organises aerobics, gymnastics and aqua-gym classes during the day in high season.

Miniclub, tournaments and evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, cabaret.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Swimming pool with a view, archery, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, giant draughts and children's playground. You can also book excursions, diving courses, kitesurfing and tourist fishing at preferential rates.

SHOPPING The holiday village has its own mini-market with fruit and vegetables.

CATERING The holiday village has a restaurant, pizzeria and bar. Half board or full board is available in the village restaurant.

PETS 2 pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

SPECIAL FEATURES The holiday village has, among other things: Launderette, Wi-Fi, game room, surf school.

Horse rides in the Maremma Nature Park.

At the top of the holiday village you will find a small hiking trail of Parco della Maremma.

Here you can go on foot or by farrhad.

DIVING CENTRE: At Talamone Camping Village you will find a diving centre.

It organises courses for all levels (Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Dive Control Specialist).

The diving centre has 2 inflatable boats for 15 people.

Excursions to Giglio Island, Giannutri, Formiche di Grosseto and diving along the Talamone coast.

WINDSURF E KITESURF: Twkc organises windsurfing and kitesurfing courses.

You can hire the equipment.

It is ideal for all levels! Talamone is a suitable place for these sports! SAILING SCHOOL: Sailing course lasts one week.

It is in the morning near the swimming pool.

The course includes theoretical lessons and 2 excursions.
