It is situated directly by the sea, not far from the beautiful town of Umag, with the town center only a few minutes away by car.
The sea is just a stone's throw away, making the holiday resort ideal for families.
Entertainment for all ages, a playground, sports facilities, and various dining options complete the perfect family holiday.
For those who prefer swimming in a pool, the resort offers a large swimming pool for adults and older children, as well as a great children's pool for the little ones.
While parents can enjoy sports such as tennis, cycling, or horseback riding, children can have fun in the mini club.
In the evening, you will find a restaurant with delicious food and a great program by the entertainment team at the resort.
Laundry service is available. This very simple and functional studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
It features a combined bedroom/living room with a double bed or two single beds and an additional sleeping space on the sofa bed.
Satellite TV is provided.
There is a kitchenette equipped with a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The terrace/balcony with a table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can play on the playground or at the pool.
Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beach is located just a few meters from the Polynesia holiday resort.
The beach extends along a spacious promenade, featuring either paved areas or a pebble beach.
Here you can enjoy the sun and swim.
The paved paths offer optimal conditions for families with strollers for a comfortable and pleasant day at the beach.
At the beach, you will find various recreational activities: windsurfing, pedal boats, banana boat, and much more.
The clean water has been awarded the Blue Flag by FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education). POOL The attractive pool area covers 1000m² and is located directly by the sea.
There is a children's pool with water features and a great swimming pool for adults and older children.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the large area around the pool. FAMILY FRIENDLY During the low and high seasons, a group of experienced animators will gently liven up your stay.
Every day, various sports programs such as aqua aerobics, football, or volleyball take place, and for the little ones (5-12 years old), there is the mini club with daily attractions.
A playground is located near the beach.
In the evening, various programs with live music, dance, and magic take place.
If you need a baby cot, you can request one at the reception. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit even on holiday, the choice is yours: tennis courts, cycling paths, and walking paths await you.
Additionally, the animation team puts together a diverse fitness program for every day with aqua aerobics, aerobics, group dances, and much more.
There are also Ping-Pong tables in the holiday village and a mini-golf course nearby.
Golf, horseback riding, or football could also be part of your daily program.
Those who prefer to be on the water can rent a pedal boat or jet ski, go canoeing or banana boating, or try windsurfing. SHOPPING The holiday resort is located not far from the center of Umag.
There you will find various boutiques and other shops where you can fulfill all your desires.
If you only need something small, you can also shop at the mini-market within the holiday resort. CUISINE The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
Shopping facilities are also nearby.

Additionally, there is a pizzeria, a beach restaurant, a bakery, a fast-food stand, and a snack bar.

The holiday village borders the sea, making it ideal for families with small children. It enjoys an advantageous geographical location for excursions to places like Umag, Pula, and Slovenia. Additionally, the well-known water park Istralandia and the Brijuni Islands are nearby.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
The small town of Umag, with its harbor, is a renowned business and tourist center in Istria. A long time ago, Roman nobility decided to use Umag as their summer residence. This is still visible today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city center, you will find many different shops, from boutiques to grocery stores and a shopping center. You will also find various restaurants and cafes in the pretty streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bicycle. The town has specialized shops that can provide you with the right equipment. If you enjoy going out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is recommended. There, you will find not only the usual gambling games but also good music and fresh drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse, Savudrija-Salvore, on the Adriatic Sea, perhaps during a bike tour. You might be lucky and visit during an ATP tennis tournament at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris, Umag. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several recommendable towns whose visits are certainly worthwhile. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec, as well as Pula and Umag itself, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historical buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or Glavani Climbing Park offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish prepared in numerous ways. You can also find good wine in Croatia. So, if you want to indulge yourself, this is the perfect place. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evenings. Croatians love festivals, music, and socializing, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade, or in a small alley. Your evening entertainment is therefore guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycling paths, or hiking trails, so those seeking peace or sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets can usually be found daily in Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.
