The accommodation is located in the beautiful Bellevue holiday complex.

The resort is located near the historic town of Poreč, right by the sea and surrounded by small woods.

The wonderful location directly on the blue lagoon with its sparkling blue water makes the resort one of the most beautiful resorts on this part of the Adriatic coast.

Thanks to its location right by the sea, it is particularly suitable for families with children who like to spend a lot of time on the beach.

Entertainment for young and old is provided by the multilingual entertainment team: children aged 4 to 12 can enjoy games, sports and fun in the mini club.

Sports tournaments are organised for adults and morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics are offered daily (except Saturdays).

Live music and exciting shows are organised in the evenings.

There is also a playground for children, where they can let off steam.

The resort has a large pool for adults and a children's pool.

In addition to various restaurants catering for your culinary needs, the complex also has a beach volleyball court (free of charge), a tennis court, a mini-golf course, a basketball court, a bicycle hire service, various water sports facilities and table tennis tables (for a fee).

Studio S2TP1 offers space for a maximum of 3 people.

The accommodation has a combined living/bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed.

A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

In the living area there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

The journey time from the Croatian border is approx. 40 minutes.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The first thing you will notice on the beach is the beautiful crystal-clear water.

The holiday complex is located right next to the beautiful pebble beach of the Blue Lagoon, which can be easily reached on foot.

Sunbeds can be hired on the beach.

There are various beaches around the resort for sun worshippers, from pebble beaches to paved beaches and grassy beaches.

For a fee, guests can enjoy a range of water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and pedalos.

POOL Take a refreshing dip in the cooling waters of the pool complex.

There is a large pool for adults and a children's pool.

Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool for relaxation.

A lifeguard ensures your safety.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY A multilingual entertainment team provides the best entertainment for young and old in high summer.

There is a mini club for children between the ages of 4 and 12, where they can let off steam all day long with various games, workshops and sports.

The resort also has a playground where your children can let off steam.

For adults, the multilingual entertainment team organises sports tournaments such as beach football, beach volleyball, water polo and much more.

If you want to get the day off to a sporty start, you can take part in morning gymnastics or aqua aerobics every day (except Saturdays).

In the evening, there is a mini disco for younger guests and an evening entertainment programme with live music, dancing and exciting shows for everyone.

LEISURE AND SPORTS The holiday complex has a beach volleyball court, which can be used free of charge.

There is also a tennis court, table tennis tables, a mini-golf course and a basketball court available for a fee, and you can hire bicycles from the resort.

Various water sports are available on the beach for a fee.

Water sports fans will get their money's worth with wind surfing, a short trip on a pedal boat, sailing or diving.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has its own small supermarket where you will find groceries and everyday items.

There is also a newsagent's, which also offers a selection of souvenirs.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.

If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can enjoy local and international cuisine as well as delicious fish specialities in one of the resort's restaurants.

You can of course also make use of the half-board service at favourable conditions (can be booked on site, no advance booking necessary).

The beautiful town of Poreč is just a few minutes away, where you will find many other restaurants to try out.

PETS Two pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.
