The accommodation is located in an exclusive modern complex located in a rapidly growing residential area, providing all essential services within walking distance, including shops, pharmacy, post office and supermarket. With the Salerno ring road exit right under the house and the beach just 50 meters away, it represents the perfect fusion of comfort and style.


The 90sqm accommodation is located on the ninth floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows

- Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, mini fridge, moka, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave

- Living area with dining table, sofa and TV

- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

- Bedroom II with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and internal bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle

- Second bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle

- Sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs x4.


ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows
EUR 20 from 8pm to 9pm

EUR 25 from 9.00pm to 10.00pm,

EUR 30 from 10pm to 12am.

It is not possible to check in after midnight, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.


Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.


The apartment is located in the Arbostella district of Salerno, a quiet residential area in the eastern suburbs which mixes modern residential and commercial infrastructures with green spaces and leisure areas. Near the accommodation there are the Arechi Stadium, the Marina d'Arechi port and various industrial areas and bathing establishments. The neighborhood is well connected thanks to the ring road that connects it to the center of Salerno and the surrounding areas, and a coastal road that leads to the Cilento coast. It is also served by the Arbostella station, just 500 meters from the accommodation, and by the numerous bus lines that facilitate connections with the rest of the city. All the essential services are within reach: bars and supermarkets are in fact located under the house, while the first pharmacy is 900 meters away.


- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Napoli Centrale station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and then reach the apartment with the regional train until the final stop "Arbostella", a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.


- From Salerno station: regional train to the final stop "Arbostella", a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.


- If you travel by car: the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Near the condominium park there are numerous free (NOT assigned) parking spaces.


The apartment is well connected to the local transport network which allows you to easily reach the Amalfi Coast (the bus stop is a few minutes walk away) and the Cilento Coast, Naples and the archaeological sites of Paestum, Pompeii and Herculaneum (via train or ferry ).
