Our farm is located in a beautiful, quiet, sunny spot off the main road in the Neder district, and it is also the starting point for numerous hikes and walks.
You can reach the center of Neustift in just a 20-minute walk! The glacier ski area is a 25-minute drive away, and the Schlick 2000 ski center is reachable by ski bus in 15 minutes.
The toboggan run/Elferlifte lifts are a 15-minute walk away! - Shops, restaurants, pizzeria - Natural lake with a children's playground are within easy reach - Direct access to the cross-country ski trail - Toboggan run down to the house Ski bus stop in the immediate vicinity! In summer, you can reach the bus stop in just a 10-minute walk! The local tax is charged to guests who complete their 16th year of life in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night must be paid directly to the host on site.
On your arrival day, you can check into your room from 3:00 PM.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 9:30 AM.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Zimmer einwandfrei, reichliches Frühstück.
Lage kurz vor Neustift günstig, Geschäfte und Restaurants gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Badefenster ging Richtung Stall und beim Lüften kam halt Landluft rein.
