DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDIO
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a secure building, this very pretty 28m² studio offers all the comforts of a hotel room and a furnished flat.

The decoration, modern and uncluttered, the layout of the premises, the brightness, everything has been meticulously studied to ensure that travellers lack for nothing and, above all, feel at home.

The household linen is provided.


IMPORTANT AND TO BE NOTED:

To finalise your booking, a lease (from 1 to 10 months) must be signed before your arrival, in French and by electronic signature.

In order to draw up the lease correctly, you must send the following documents to the email address contact@dthomasrealestate.com;

- ID document.

- Proof of your main residence.

In addition, you must take out rental risk and damage insurance.

You have access to the entire accommodation.


Fans in summer, auxiliary heaters in winter and umbrella beds can be provided at extra cost. Don't hesitate to ask us!

We offer a late arrival service on request (must be booked in advance)
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.

-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.

-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception after this time.

To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against receipt).


We ask you to respect the appointment time you have given us. Please feel free to arrive a little ahead of schedule. If you arrive later than the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you.

An alternative appointment time will have to be arranged and you will be charged €30.

A fee of 50€ for arrival on 24 & 31 December after 6pm and on 25 December & 1 January to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque (against receipt).


If you lose the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this will be deducted from your deposit.


Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning/laundry package included in your booking
We provide professionally-treated linen, prepare the flat for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of your stay.


Leaving instructions before handing over the keys
1. Collect dirty towels & tea towels

2. Dispose of rubbish

3. Wash dishes

4. Do not throw away unused food. It can be used by subsequent travellers.


DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

A working-class neighbourhood redeveloped throughout the 20th century, Charonne has retained some traces of its past as a Parisian suburb, appreciated for its hillside location and country life until its annexation to Paris in 1860. Off the beaten track, there are walks to discover the little-known charms of this pretty district, a visit to the famous Père Lachaise cemetery, or the Pierre Emmanuel nature garden, a pleasant nature break. A limestone lawn, meadow, pond and urban wasteland, the natural garden is maintained in accordance with natural cycles, allowing vegetation and plants to grow wild (the meadow is mowed only two or three times a year). An ecosystem that reveals nature as it was when Paris still had a few corners of the countryside.
