Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room is revealed, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch. The generously sized kitchen features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals, also boasting a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two charming bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor, offering convenience and functionality.
