Roomy apartment of about 100 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a period building (NO lift).
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in a restricted traffic zone, a few steps from the famous Politeama and Massimo theatres. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, a covered terrace and two small balconies. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room and bedroom I), fan, gas stove, washing machine (in the terrace), drying rack, hairdryer, desk (at the entrance), iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: There may be some noise during the day, due to the works for the installation of the lift. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm. For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to: - EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm - EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00 - EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment. Alternatively, it is possible to take the regional train to the Central Station and then continue by bus, or with the regional train to the Lolli Station, a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below). - From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with buses n. 101, 102 or 124 to the "Roma Stabile" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property. - If you travel by car, it is possible to find paid parking in Via Enrico Amari, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Please, note that the property is located in the Restricted-Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian).
