This cosy and modern furnished holiday flat 3 is located on the ground floor and has a total living space of 45m². The flat includes a living room with dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large, sunny terrace and adjoining communal garden.

The apartment complex is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but still very central in Norddeich.

The holiday flat is equipped to a high standard and offers you a 4K smart TV with 49" and apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many more in the living room. There is also an internet radio and a Blu-ray player with a small, up-to-date film collection. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and plenty of cookware and crockery. In addition, there is not only a filter coffee machine, but also a Tassimo machine.

The bedroom has a double bed, a large 40" TV and apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and a beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is a cosy double sofa bed in the living area for the third and fourth person, which can be pulled out in no time at all. The living room (electric) and the bedroom can be completely darkened for the night with the help of roller shutters. Furthermore, an iron and ironing board, a clothes horse and a hairdryer are available.

The south-west-facing terrace allows you to spend beautiful, sunny hours in the afternoon and evening. The terrace is equipped with a cosy East Frisian wicker beach chair, high-quality garden furniture and two sun loungers with parasols. The communal garden is extensively fenced and can be reached both from the terrace and through a garden gate from the holiday apartment car park. Only the guests of this holiday home can reach Norddeicher Straße, where you will find many restaurants, cafés and shops, via a private path just 50 metres away. You can also leave the flat via the patio door, as this is lockable.

In the outdoor area, you also have the option of storing your bicycles or other items in a large, lockable communal garden shed. E-bikes can be charged free of charge at numerous sockets in the garden shed. Several barbecues are available for guests of this holiday complex.

This flat has a private, paved and illuminated car parking space directly at the holiday home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging points. We will be happy to send you further information on this.

Of course, all flats and the entire outdoor area have free broadband Internet via WLAN / WIFI for surfing and video streaming. You can borrow books, board games and children's games free of charge from our in-house libraries. In addition, several handcarts are available free of charge and two washer-dryers are available at cost price.
