Magnificent historic villa with a terrace and exclusive sea access, a short distance from the village of Scopello and the famous Tonnara.
Located on the Faraglioni of Scopello, Villa La Fenice is one of the few historic seafront villas in this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms all with ensuites and expansive living areas throughout. The balconies and vistas were magnificent. We would all highly recommend this accomodation to any potential visitors to the area.

The private water access and balcony view is what you are paying for. The house was dirty, tons of bugs and even a nice lizards in the library - cobwebs and dirt on counter and in drawers so left clothes in our suitcases. 2 of the 5 AC rooms units didn’t work and the greeter didn’t even know.
