With very good access by motorway or regional roads, you will have in a short distance the centre of Seville, Isa de la Cartuja and many combinations by road.



This rural house offers you a unique experience for you and your family, with beautiful exteriors where you will enjoy a beautiful pool area, where you will feel like in an oasis. Mountain views, shallow areas for the elderly or small children in the family.



This accommodation is subject to a deposit which must be paid on arrival or beforehand by debit or credit card. The refund of the deposit, after review of the accommodation, will be executed 48 hours after your departure.



We will create experiences with the family in the exterior of the accommodation, with leafy trees, clean air and play areas such as a small football pitch with indoor football goals or 9 holes of mini-golf. Of course, there are plenty of places where you can take a few minutes to relax and read a book or simply observe nature.



The entrance to the urbanisation is private, and although there is a supermarket in a petrol station close by, we recommend that you come with your shopping done, it will be more economical.



The plot of the accommodation is fenced in its perimeter, although it has an access to a nice path to walk around the whole plot of the urbanization.




A number of barbecue areas or outdoor dining areas will allow you to enjoy a good family lunch. We remind you that during the summer period (your host will inform you of the dates) it is forbidden to light fires of any kind on the accommodation pitch.



It is a very comfortable accommodation, with few stairs to go up or down in the outside area, as in the inside area, everything is on one floor, the bedrooms are located to the left of the living-dining room, and there you will also have access to the two bathrooms. The third bathroom, which is a little smaller, has a shower and is next to the kitchen.



In the interior there are two spacious living rooms, one as a dining room with a fireplace area and the other with a television in which you can keep the children entertained, for example. The dining room is close to the kitchen and will allow you to easily serve dishes for your family. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
