Its convenient location makes it easy to reach central Seville and Isla de la Cartuja via the motorway or regional roads. The property has a large garden and a private pool that feels like an oasis, with safe areas for children and older guests—ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun ☀️. IMPORTANT: The pool is closed during November, December, January, and February, inclusive, and will not be available for use during this period. There are also fantastic leisure facilities for the whole family, including a small five-a-side football pitch ⚽ and a 9-hole mini-golf course ⛳, as well as shaded areas perfect for reading or enjoying the natural surroundings. The interior is comfortable and functional, with 194 m² of living space on a single floor for easy access.
You’ll find five spacious, light-filled bedrooms with single beds, ensuring everyone can rest comfortably.
There are three bathrooms: one beside the kitchen with a shower tray, and two more accessible from the bedroom area. The living and dining room, with its fireplace, creates a welcoming setting for spending time together, while a second living room with a TV is ideal for keeping the children entertained.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and juicer 🍳. It also has a dining table for more informal meals. The outdoor areas invite you to enjoy the fresh air, with several barbecue and dining areas that are perfect for family lunches 🍖. The property is fenced for safety and has direct access to a private path within the development, ideal for walks among the trees.
Although there is a supermarket at a nearby gas station, we recommend bringing your groceries with you to save time. The house has all modern conveniences: air conditioning throughout, central heating, a 600 Mbps symmetrical fiber-optic internet connection 📶, fans, mosquito screens on all windows, a washing machine, hairdryer, and outdoor parking within the grounds. Please note that fires are prohibited on the property during summer, and the access road is private. La casa era muy grande y tenía una piscina con vistas muy bonitas.
Nos hemos llevado casi dos semanas para que nos diera la agencia la fianza por un "error técnico" y después de mucho insistir nos la dieron gracias a la insistencia del anfitrión. La casa estaba lejos de la verja que hay que abrir para entrar en la urbanización.
