Enjoy this spacious rural house in Guillena, perfect for up to 12 people, surrounded by holm oaks and nature 🌳, in a quiet urbanisation with private access.
Its strategic location allows easy access to the center of Seville and Isla de la Cartuja via motorway or local roads.
The property boasts a large garden and a private pool that feels like an oasis, with safe areas for children and the elderly, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the sun ☀️.
It also offers incredible leisure spaces for the whole family, such as a small indoor football pitch ⚽ and a 9-hole mini-golf course ⛳, along with shaded areas perfect for reading or contemplating nature.
The interior is comfortable and functional, with 194 m² distributed on a single level for easy mobility.
You will find five bedrooms with single beds, spacious and bright, ensuring rest for everyone.
There are three bathrooms, one next to the kitchen with a shower tray, and two more accessible from the bedroom area.
The living-dining room, with a fireplace, creates a cosy atmosphere for sharing family moments, while a second lounge with a television is ideal for children's entertainment.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and juicer 🍳.
It even has a dining table for more informal meals.
The exterior invites you to enjoy the outdoors with several barbecue and dining areas, perfect for family lunches 🍖.
The plot is fenced for security and has direct access to a private path within the urbanisation, ideal for walks among the trees.
Although there is a supermarket at a nearby petrol station, we recommend bringing your shopping done to save time.

Os recomiendo este lugar si queréis pura paz y tranquilidad. La casa es perfecta tiene de todo no le falta un ápice, está sumergida entre los montes como unas vistas espectaculares. Volveremos a repetir sin lugar a dudas. ¡ Gracias por el trato y la amabilidad a sus dueños!.
