The real jewel of this property is the large balcony, which offers an incredible view of the picturesque Tigullio Gulf where you can enjoy the view while relaxing or eating an open meal.

During the high season the residence's swimming pool will be available free of charge, while you can book tennis courts at reception.

Located along the panoramic Aurelia road, the flat is well connected and offers easy access to the beauty of the Ligurian Riviera. The centre of Rapallo and that of Santa Margherita are a short distance away, where you can explore its shops, restaurants and attractions.
The beach of San Michele and the Portofino beach are also nearby.
The area is also strategically located for visiting Genoa and all the other villages of the eastern Liguria region such as Portofino, Zoagli, Chiavari Sestri levante and the Cinque Terre
