You will be staying in an independent, restored cottage located in the countryside, close to one of France's most beautiful villages, Tournon-d'Agenais. You can enjoy a large, unfenced garden of 3000m² on an active plum farm of 5 hectares. - Pets accepted - Cottage with wifi - Non-smoking cottage The accommodation consists of a ground floor with a large games room, a kitchen and living area, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

There is also an upstairs with two bedrooms with 140cm double beds and a landing with a 90cm single bed. A games room with table football and a ping-pong table awaits you. The cottage is located near the owners' home. Important information for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in excess (a flat rate of 8 KWH per day, or 56 KWH per week) is not included in the rates and must be paid on site in addition, after meter readings (according to the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival. - Bed linen rental: €8 per pair, beds not made. - Household linen: provided free of charge. - Towels: not provided, must be brought by the client. - Optional cleaning package on request: €40. - Baby bed linen not provided.
