Easy, public and free parking in front of the property (neighbour's right of way for access to her private garden at the far end of the property).

At your arrival

- Electricity consumed in addition (fixed price of 8KWH per day i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on the spot in addition after meter reading (according to the amount of the price per KWH indicated on the invoice).

- A deposit of 300€ will be given to the owner on your arrival.

- Sheet hire: 10 € per pair, beds not made.

- Linen: provided free of charge.

- Towels: not provided and to be organised by the customer.

- Possibility of a cleaning package at the end of the stay: €60.

- Pellet heating package: €50 per week, €100 per fortnight (additional bags provided and invoiced by the owner).
