Stay in this 3-key Clévacances-labelled gîte, which has been completely restored for you to enjoy a pleasant, peaceful stay, in a former presbytery, located in a small village in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region.

Enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with its private fenced swimming pool and a fully fenced garden of 200m². The garden includes a terrace with garden furniture and mobile barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. A table tennis table is available.

This gîte can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby.

On the ground floor, there is a lovely living area with an open-plan kitchen and lounge, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a shower room and separate wc.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a 140cm double bed and a shower room including a wc.

At your arrival
- Gite located next to a church (bells only at 12pm and 7pm).

- Electricity consumed in supplement (fixed price of 8KWH per day i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the tariffs and will be paid on the spot in supplement after reading of the meters (according to the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice).

- A guarantee of 200€ will be given to the owner at your arrival.

- Possibility of a cleaning package at the end of your stay, payable on site at 50€.

- Sheet hire on request: 10€ per pair or 15€ sheets + beds made up.

- Household linen: provided free of charge.

- Baby sheets: not provided. Cot and high chair available on request.

- Bathroom linen: not provided and to be organised by the client.


Pool information: Private pool 10mx5m, 1m to 1.80m deep, fully fenced (childproof pool access).

Pool open: 31 May to 27 September. Not heated.
