Come and enjoy this small rental with private saltwater swimming pool in the heart of the South-West, between Toulouse and Bordeaux. Antique and restored, it is located in the heart of the hamlet of Sauvagnas, in the Lot-et-Garonne.


Gîte ideal for a couple alone or with children as there is a mezzanine which can accommodate 2 extra people. (The mezzanine is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 only and has low ceilings). Possibility of bringing a baby (baby equipment required).


Enjoy a peaceful stay in this gîte with its 500 m² enclosed garden. Part of the garden belongs to the owners but you have free access (the part of the garden with the swimming pool is reserved for you and the owners have no visibility or access). Private swimming pool and completely private garden.


- Pets accepted on request only (maximum 1) / garden completely enclosed but small dog may pass in certain areas.

- Wifi but may be unstable in some rooms.

- Non-smoking gîte.


About the gîte:

Gîte adjoining the owners' house with a door at the back of the living room which is closed.

The owners have preserved the attractions of the past such as the bread oven in the living room as well as careful decoration.


Information for your arrival
- Electricity consumed in addition (fixed price of 8KWH per day i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid for on site after the meters have been read (according to the price per KWH indicated on the bill).

- A deposit of 200€ must be paid to the owner on arrival.

- Possibility of a cleaning package at the end of the stay, payable on site at 50€.

- Presence of a pet: compulsory cleaning package payable on site: 70€.

- Sheet hire: 15€ per pair, bed not made.

- Linen: provided free of charge. (tea towel and dish towel)

- Bathroom linen: not provided.


Swimming pool information: Private saltwater swimming pool, unheated, fully fenced for the exclusive use of tenants (dimensions: 4m x 8m) (depths: 1.20m to 1.80m).
