Come and stay in this completely restored gîte, situated on a former 20-hectare agricultural property (in use, with only a few poultry present today).

The gîte has a private garden of 1000m². Terrace of about 30m² with a very nice view of the surrounding countryside and a swimming pool which is shared with another gîte nearby.


This gîte sleeps 6 people in 4 beds (mezzanine with two 90cm beds, two ground floor bedrooms with a 140cm double bed).


You can take advantage of the gîte's location to discover part of the Lot-et-Garonne and have a good time at Aqualand or Walygator after a visit to the town of Agen! Or discover one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Canal or the various leisure, natural and cultural sites.

You will be near the owners if you need advice on organising your stay, but their home is further away and not opposite.


To know for your arrival
- Electricity consumed in supplement (fixed price of 8KWH per day i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the tariffs and will have to be paid on the spot in supplement after reading of the meters (according to the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice).

- A deposit of 200€ is payable to the owner on arrival.

- Bed linen hire on request: 8€ per pair, bed not made.

- Household linen: provided free of charge.

- Bathroom linen: not provided, to be organised by the customer.

- Baby sheets, cot, high chair, changing mat and playpen: on request.

- Possibility of cleaning package at end of stay: €40.

- Firewood approx. €40.


Pool information: Swimming pool shared with another gîte, 10.5m x 4.5m, 1.10m to 1.30m deep, fenced. Pool open from June to October.
