Come and stay in this pleasant, old, restored rental situated on the outskirts of Agen.

This gîte can accommodate 8 people and 1 baby, and is ideal for a stay in the sun with family or friends.

You will enjoy a large private swimming pool with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

A beautiful shared outdoor space of 2 hectares awaits you with a private area including the swimming pool. The gîte has two terraces: a 30m² covered terrace on the living room side and a 35m² uncovered terrace on the pool side. Barbecue and table tennis are also available for convivial moments.

The gîte comprises a ground floor with a large open-plan living area with lounge, living room and fitted kitchen, a shower room and bathroom, a separate toilet and one in the bathroom, and two two bedrooms with 140cm double beds. There is also a first floor with two bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed and one with two 90cm single beds.

The gîte is adjoining your hosts' house, with no facing neighbours.


Information for your arrival
- Electricity consumed in addition (fixed rate of 8KWH per day, i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid for on site after the meters have been read (according to the price per KWH shown on the bill).

- A deposit of €500 is payable to the owner on arrival.

- Sheet hire: €10 per pair, bed not made.

- Linen: provided and available.

- Towels: not provided and to be organised by the customer.

- Cot and high chair on request. Baby sheets not provided.

- Compulsory cleaning charge at the end of the stay: €80.


Pool information: Private pool 11m x 5 m, 1.20m to 2.20m deep. Secured by an alarm. Pool open : July and August.
