Come and stay in a contemporary house in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside, completely independent, comprising a ground floor and a half-storey. This gîte is ideal for getting together with family or friends.
Private grounds bordered by a small country road and situated in the heart of the owner's working farm/cereal estate. Terrace of 70 m². Outside table.
Non-smoking cottage. Pets accepted (maximum 2).
On-site: Books. Board games. DVD player. Completely private swimming pool (13m x 6m), flat bottom (approx. 1.45 m) with staircase secured by a fence with secure gate. Portico. Swimming pool open from June to September. Cycling facilities
Information for your arrival
- Electricity consumed in addition (fixed rate of 8KWH per day, i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid for on site after the meter has been read (according to the price per KWH shown on the bill).
- A deposit of 400€ must be paid to the owner on arrival.
- Possibility of a cleaning package at the end of your stay: 125€, to be paid on site (compulsory if pets are present).
- Sheet hire: 20€ per pair. (booking more than one week in advance)
- Household linen and towels not provided and to be organised by the customer.
