You will appreciate the tranquility of the place for a unique and rejuvenating stay in the heart of the tree-filled garden and by the rental's swimming pool. The property is accessible via a small country road. This holiday rental is ideal for gathering with family or friends. The layout of the rental is as follows, with a ground floor comprising a large living/lounge area, a kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, and 3 bedrooms.

There is also a half-story with 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom, and a shower room with a toilet. Pets accepted (maximum 2). Non-smoking rental. No WIFI. Bicycle welcome possible. Located in the heart of the owner's active farm/cereal property, you will still be in a rental with no overlooking neighbors and completely independent. To know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day, i.e., 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be payable on site in addition after reading the meters (according to the amount of the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €400 will be given to the owner upon arrival. - Optional end-of-stay cleaning package: €130, payable on site (mandatory if pets are present). - Bed linen rental: €25 per pair, beds not made. (booking more than one week in advance) - Baby bed linen: €20 per pair. - Household linen: provided free of charge. - Towels: not provided and to be arranged by the guest. Pool information: Fully private swimming pool (13m x 6m), flat bottom of approximately 1.45m with stairs, secured by a fence with a secure gate.
