In the commune of Chamrousse, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 25 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: combined microwave oven, kettle, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate cabin bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- A 2 m² balcony offering a magnificent view of the ski area, the valley and splendid sunsets over the Vercors.
The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Himalayan footbridge, Tyrolean traverse, guided walks...
- Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding

If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Grenoble train station 47 min away.
- Nearest airport: Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 1h 37min away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider).
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Le Schuss L'accueil s'est tres bien passé. Appartement au pied des pistes avec accès direct. Prévoir le linge de lit et les serviettes. Navette de bus juste devant l'immeuble qui peut vous amener au centre commercial avec toutes les commodités.

Le Schuss Hôte réactif et accueillant ! L'immeuble a un accès direct sur les pistes, ce qui est vraiment top ! Simple d'accès pour se garer et aller skier tranquillement :)
