Villa Tiziana is spread over two floors

The ground floor is divided into a spacious and cosy open-plan living room, with sofa, TV and table, and a kitchen equipped with sink, induction hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher There is also a bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A few steps lead up to the first floor, which comprises two large double bedrooms and a habitable bathroom.


All rooms have air conditioning, while all bathrooms have a shower.

Villa Tiziana is a brand new semi-detached house in Pizzo, Calabria, tastefully furnished and very close to the beach. There are two swimming pools, one for adults (180 sq m - 10x15) and one for children (70 sq m), as well as tennis courts shared with the other owners of the residence. The outdoor area, with night lighting, includes a large paved garden at the entrance to the villa equipped with a play area with a basketball hoop and an open terrace equipped with two sofas and a small table. At the rear of the villa, accessible from the living room, there is a veranda equipped with an outdoor dining table and a garden with sofas, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and sun loungers. Some bicycles will be available to guests, free of charge, during their stay.
