The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living area with two sofa beds, each sleeping one person, a TV, a dining area and a large bay window opening onto the balcony with views of the sea and the shared swimming pool - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-ring hob… - A bedroom with two single beds and a TV - A bathroom with a bath, toilet, vanity unit, washing machine and storage cupboard Outdoors: - A 10 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days Shared outdoor facilities: - A swimming pool (shared, heated) open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10.00 to 20.00 during the summer months.
Parasols and sun loungers are provided for residents.

The pool is fully fenced. - A 5,000 m² fully enclosed garden, shared with residents The flat is ideally situated in Douarnenez, in a quiet residential neighbourhood by the beach, next to the thalassotherapy centre and close to bars, restaurants and shops... Leclerc shopping centre 5 minutes’ drive away: a shopping area with a full range of shops Tréboul town centre 15 minutes’ walk away with a full range of shops, and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays Residence under CCTV surveillance. L'emplacement face à la mer et devant la plage, lieu rénové et piétonnier depuis seulement 2 mois, convivial, avec terrasses bars-restaurants, , lieu connu depuis...plus de 60 ans et qui méritait cette rénovation et attire beaucoup plus.
Très bon accueil de Sophie et bon suivi.
