This cozy vacation home is a single-story, end-terrace bungalow with approximately 70 m² of living space and upscale furnishings.
It has a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a conservatory where the dining area is located.
The house also features a hallway, a bathroom with natural light, a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as two bedrooms; one is a master bedroom with a double bed, and the other is a children's room with two single beds.
This allows a total of 4 people to relax wonderfully without major space issues.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
The terrace, adjoining the large panoramic windows in the living room, extends into the garden and a sunbathing lawn.
Here you will also find a barbecue and sun loungers.
A parking space near the house is a matter of course, as are a flat-screen satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge/freezer combination, a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a hand blender, and plenty of crockery.
WLAN is included!
Additional costs (electricity, water, heating) will be charged according to your personal consumption (= meter readings) and offset against the deposit after departure.
An optional pet can be booked for an additional fee.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved.
Pets are not allowed on the beds.

Sehr ruhige Lage, leider vom Wasser weit entfernt.
