Situated in a small building in the heart of the famous town of Noto, the recently renovated flat extends over three levels. The entrance opens onto a spacious and cosy living area, equipped with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. A spacious bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom completes the room. Designer stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a modern kitchen equipped with dining table, dishwasher, oven, kettle and espresso machine. From here you access the highlight of the property, namely the large terrace with dining table and a splendid view of the central square.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
