Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom.
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom.
Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: with sloping ceilings, Studio with 2 beds, 1 double bed and dining table.
Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors.
Balcony, large terrace roofed, garden.
Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

De directe ligging aan het meer was geweldig, met directe toegang tot het water (kiezel).
De tuin was heerlijk, grote eettafel onder patio en ligstoelen in de tuin.
Het huis is erg ruim, met veel leefruimte. Grote supermarkt ( imperial) op 15 min rijden. Veel leuke restaurants in de omgeving.
Bootverhuur op 5 min afstand.
Wandelmogelijkheden, aanrader waterval van loggio ( komoot)
- geen airco aanwezig.
- douchen in een verlaagd bad, douchekop moet vervangen worden
- bovenste verdieping is voor lange mensen niet handig.
- ligging aan drukke weg, je kunt niet langs deze weg ergens naartoe lopen. (wegwerkzaamheden aan overkant huis)
Prachtige plek direct aan Meer van Lugan

De ligging is geweldig, je stapt zó het prachtige water in van het meer van Lugano.
Het huis is gerieflijk en ruim, heerlijk voor onze familie vakantie. Enige nadeel is de bovenste verdieping, deze is wellicht te laag voor langere mensen. Aan het geluid van de weg waren we snel gewend.
Maar al met al een fantastische ervaring.

La Spiagetta in Cima is een heerlijk verblijf met een fantastische ligging direct aan het Luganomeer. Het huis is schoon, heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken (inclusief vaatwasser), en een fijn terras met uitzicht op het water. Dorpjes en steden zijn goed bereikbaar.
Een paar aandachtspunten: de douche...
