The holiday home is located above Mittenwald and offers a beautiful view of the Karwendel mountains.

The location is quiet, yet close to the charming town center. What awaits you: Two bedrooms provide space for four people.

Two additional sleeping options are available on a double sofa bed in the living room.

You can warm up by the cozy wood-burning stove, and a TV invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings.

In addition to a bathroom with a shower, there is a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, a basic selection of spices, and all essential kitchen utensils. The spacious terrace with two sun loungers and garden furniture invites you to sunbathe.

Please note that with six people, the small house can feel quite cramped. In the surrounding area you will find ski resorts, cross-country trails, an ice skating rink, a toboggan run, and opportunities for horse-drawn sleigh rides.

In addition to beautiful hiking trails through romantic forests, secluded mountain meadows, and past idyllic mountain lakes, Mittenwald also offers many options for climbers. Please note that you must bring your own duvet covers, bed linen, and towels. We would like to inform you in advance that there is currently a construction site on the neighboring property.

Therefore, there may be occasional noise or other disturbances during your stay.
