3 bedroom, modern detached house with garage
Only a short walk to Chelmsford City center, station (30 minutes to Kings Cross) and 4 supermarkets
Chelmsford is a thriving city at the center of Essex with ever-increasing shops, cafes, and restaurants and 12 car parks surrounding Parkway. The house is ideally situated for the city center and local amenities.
The space
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 double and a single. It is well-designed and brick-built with its own parking space in front of the garage, and lots of street parking on a quiet road. The house is well insulated with double glazing and gas central heating. There is a nice rear garden with a 6-foot high wall for privacy and a covered veranda with 2 chairs and in the summer a table and 4 chairs for outside dining. There is a cabin that is insulated and heated and has a desk, TV Sky/Netflix and kids programs (not available where there is a chargeable pin for downloads), and children's table, and 4 chairs
The cozy lounge has a 3-seater settee, 2 Ikea adult, and 2 Ikea children's chairs plus a coffee table and a 50-inch Samson smart TV with all the Sky packages and Netflix. This includes entertainment, cinema, full sports, documentaries, and kids. It extends through the multiroom to the TV in the cabin so adults can watch a movie in the lounge and the kids a program in the cabin. Sky superfast broadband covers the entire house and cabin.
The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs and is well equipped with a gas cooker, a tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and the usual place settings and utensils. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with an En-Suite, and a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed double wardrobe, chest of drawers, case stand, and bedside table. The third bedroom has a single bed, clothes rack, and bedside table. The single and bunk bed mattresses are new, and the double has only been slept on 3 times. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Access to the house is via the side gate to the back door where there is a key safe (codes will be provided). Please take off your shoes to keep the carpets clean especially when it is wet. A house manual is provided as well as 24/7 support from Pass The Keys. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
