The La Fruitière holiday cottage is located in a communal building on the edge of the village, which also includes two other accommodations (one for year-round rental and an additional cottage for 5 people).
You access the cottage via the exterior metal staircase.
From the entrance hall, you discover a professional, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen.
A living room with a large open fireplace.
A dining area. A first bedroom, located next to the living room, features a 140cm double bed. Four steps higher, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed. Via a wooden staircase, a third bedroom consists of two areas, one with a 140cm double bed opening onto another with a 90cm bed. The fourth bedroom has four 90cm single beds, including two bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom has a 140cm double bed and two 90cm single beds, and two skylights.
Two bathrooms, each equipped with two showers.
Three toilets throughout the cottage. Central heating.
Group rates (per night): sliding scale depending on the length of stay.
Mini-golf and fishing pond on site, river 7 km away.
Restaurant 300 m away. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
Cleaning is the guest's responsibility.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avions loué le gite de la fruitière ainsi que le petit gite 5 places en dessous et le gite du Roseaux pour un weekend entre ami·es ! L'organisation est simple, il y a tout sur place et le prix accessible. Merci

Un gîte agréable pour une famille nombreuse en quête d’espace vert, avec de multiples possibilités pour les ballades (notamment les cascades), la possibilité de se baigner au lac de Nantua même avec un animal, la possibilité de manger en extérieur…Le Comté et les vins du Bugey ont été appréciés

Maison confortable...Dommage que la grande pièce principale ne soit ouverte sur l'extérieur que par un vélux!!Le réfectoire est EXTEMEMENT bruyant...Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.Sinon, l'ensemble et la situation de ce gite est très agréqble.Nous le recommandons sans problème!
