The holiday apartment lies in the midst of an orchard, yet right in the traffic-reduced center of Marina di Camerota.

Inmitten von Zitronen-, Feigen-, Oliven-, Mirabellen- und Mandarinenbäumen liegt das Villino Troccoli mit den Ferienwohnungen Morena, Morenita und Alice.
Die malerische Sandstrandbucht Calanca ist nur 400 m entfernt und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht. Auch zur quirligen Hafenpromenade und zur darüber liegenden Piazza San Domenico gehen Sie nur wenige Schritte durch die pittoresken Gassen von Marina di Camerota.
Die Ferienwohnungen verfügen jeweils über einen eigenen Außenbereich.

FERIENWOHNUNG MORENITA IM ERDGESCHOSS
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die für 2 Personen geeignete Morenita.
Hier finden Sie neben einer offenen Wohnküche mit kleinem Essbereich, ein Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Bad vor. Die gemauerte Küchenzeile enthält zahlreiche, hübsche Details, die in den Keramikmanufakturen Camerotas gefertigt wurden.
Neben dem Eingangsbereich besitzt die Ferienwohnung Morenita eine möblierte Terrasse, die von Bougainville und einem knorrigen Olivenbaum eingerahmt wird. Die Wohnungen Morena und Morenita teilen sich einen gemauerten Grill.
In der Ferienwohnung stehen Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion, Kamin und Zentralheizung zur Verfügung. Ihren Pkw können Sie neben dem Haus auf dem umzäunten Gelände parken.

MIT VIEL LIEBE ZUM DETAIL wurden die 3 Appartements von Familie Troccoli eingerichtet:
Die Vollholzmöbel in Morenita und Alice sind eine gelungene Ergänzung zu den teils antiken Schränken. Das Thema Meer spiegelt sich hingegen in Morena wider. Deckenbalken, Terrakotta- und Holzböden sowie unzählig bunt blühende Pflanzen sorgen für eine warme Atmosphäre im und um das Haus.

Picturesque sandy beach bay Calanca is a mere 400 m walk off. A short stroll through the picturesque alleys of Marina di Camerota takes you to the lively harbor promenade and to piazza San Domenico.
The holiday apartments include a private outdoor area each.

HOLIDAY APARTMENT MORENITA ON THE GROUND FLOOR
Ground-floor apartment Morenita for up to 2 persons includes a live-and-eat-in kitchen with fireplace (extra charge for firewood), a double bedroom and a bathroom (large shower/WC/bidet). The masonry kitchen unit (incl. gas stove, small oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) is adorned with lovely items produced at Camerota’s ceramics works.
The apartment’s outdoor seating area with sunshade just outside the entrance is framed by bougainvillea and a gnarly olive tree. Apartments Morenita and Morena share a masonry grill.
Apartment Morenita also features WiFi, TV, washing machine, air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use) and central heating (extra charge for use; Oct.-April). Parking is available next to the house on the fenced property.

A LOVE FOR DETAIL is apparent in the furnishing of family Troccoli's 3 apartments:
The solid wooden furniture at Morenita and Alice harmonizes with the partly antique cabinets. The style of Morena is dedicated to the 'sea and seafaring'. Ceiling beams, terracotta and wooden floors as well as a large number of colorful, blooming plants make for a warm atmosphere in and around the house.
