The Villino Troccoli with the holiday flats Morena, Morenita and Alice is surrounded by lemon, fig, olive, mirabelle and mandarin trees.
The picturesque sandy bay of Calanca is just 400 metres away and can be reached after a short walk. The lively harbour promenade and Piazza San Domenico above are just a few steps away through the picturesque alleyways of Marina di Camerota.
The holiday flats each have their own outdoor area.

APARTMENT MORENITA ON THE GROUND FLOOR
Morenita, which is suitable for 2 people, is located on the ground floor.
Here you will find an open-plan kitchen/living room with a small dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The brick-built kitchenette contains numerous pretty details that were made in Camerota's ceramic factories.
In addition to the entrance area, the Morenita holiday flat has a furnished terrace framed by bougainvillea and a gnarled olive tree. The Morena and Morenita flats share a brick-built barbecue.
The holiday flat has air conditioning with heating function, a fireplace and central heating. You can park your car next to the house in the fenced area.

The Troccoli family has furnished the 3 flats with LOTS OF LOVE FOR DETAIL:
The solid wood furniture in Morenita and Alice is a successful addition to the partly antique cupboards. The sea theme is reflected in Morena. Ceiling beams, terracotta and wooden floors and countless colourful flowering plants create a warm atmosphere in and around the house.

Ground-floor flat Morenita for up to 2 persons includes a live-and-eat-in kitchen with fireplace (extra charge for firewood), a double bedroom and a bathroom (large shower/WC/bidet). The masonry kitchen unit (incl. gas stove, small oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) is adorned with lovely items produced at Camerota's ceramics works.
The flat's outdoor seating area with sunshade just outside the entrance is framed by bougainvillea and a gnarly olive tree. Flats Morenita and Morena share a masonry grill.
Apartment Morenita also features WiFi, TV, washing machine, air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use) and central heating (extra charge for use; Oct.-April). Parking is available next to the house on the fenced property.
