Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises: - 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: single bed - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Montpellier, in a very pleasant environment.

You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Public transport : - By car : you can park in the streets near the flat (paid parking). - Tram and bus stops near the flat - Nearest train station: Montpellier, 1 km away (about 7 minutes' walk) - Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée 9 km (approx. 15 mins by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Il mériterait peut-être d'un petit rafraîchissement. Mais il est idéalement placé, à 1min de la place de la comédie. La communication avec l'hôte est facile, et nos accueil/sortie ont été flexibles pour nous arranger. Dans notre cas, d'un séjour de quelques jours à 3 personnes, je recommande ce logement.

Destaco la amabilidad del personal encargado, antes, durante y después de la estancia. Cada vez es más dificil encontrar lugares donde te den la llave en mano y ellos lo hicieron. Además, nos mostraron el apartamento detalladamente y os dieron muy buenos consejos para nuestra estancia en Montpellier. Si volvemos a Montpellier sin duda, repetiremos en este apartamento!
