This tranquil finca, located near Inca, offers a private and serene retreat, ideal for families of up to 4 people.



This finca is the perfect place to find peace and enjoy family time. Only a 5 minute drive from Inca, you will have access to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Moreover, the location is ideal for excursions to the mountains, to the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra, Sóller or the Puig de Santa Magdalena. In November, you can immerse yourself in the local festivities, with celebrations of a cultural and festive nature. Just half an hour's drive away, you will find the dream beaches of Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. The area is also perfect for enjoying bike rides.



Surrounded by a small private forest, the property boasts carefully designed exteriors, including a private 7.5 x 3.5 metre chlorine pool, surrounded by a terrace with four sun loungers. The spacious sun terrace is equipped with a wood-burning barbecue and a dining table with chairs, providing the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment. In addition, there is space to park two cars and a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, banana trees and trees.



As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fast WiFi connection for remote working, a selection of books and board games, as well as a satellite TV. The kitchen is a fantastic space with a dining area, large windows that flood the area with natural light and a wide range of utensils. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, filter coffee maker and a wood-fired oven for making pizzas. The house has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. In addition, there are two full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. A dog up to 6 kg is welcome, and for families with small children, a cot and highchair are provided. Practical amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.





Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
