Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Guardamar del Segura-Alicante, El Raso, in southern Costa Blanca. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are just a few minutes' drive away. The flat is within walking distance of the Las Lagunas de La Mata nature reserve.
The gated complex is called Oasis Beach: a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sports, putting green, boccia and playground. There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September).
The modern 3-room flat (112 m²) is located on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool and large garden.
All rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, an integrated wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (rain and hand shower). A hairdryer is available.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an integrated wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a Smart TV.
The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with rain and hand shower.

In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.
There may possibly be a camera system in the flat. During the rental, the camera system will be locked. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
Several restaurants in El Raso within minutes, mini market, china shop and pharmacy.
The 11 km-long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Seguara are just a few minutes' drive away. The picturesque Playa Moncayo is 4 km and 9 minutes' drive away.
On Sundays, the famous Lemon Tree Market is just a few minutes' walk away.
Distance to Miguel Hernández Airport, Alicante: 38 km (35-minute drive).

We had a fantastic few days here. The apartment was pristine with all the necessary amenities. The community pool was lovely. So refreshing. The host was very accommodating and flexible. Will hopefully become an annual base for our golf visit!
