Gîte accessible by a few steps. Entrance hall leading to a large living room with wood-burning stove and fully-equipped kitchen giving access to a private balcony terrace. Shower room with WC. One bedroom with 160x200 bed, TV and access to the balcony terrace. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds (120x180 and 110x180). Air-conditioned gîte. Unenclosed shared grounds with private area. Private swimming pool secured by roller shutter (4.5x12.5).
Linen included for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays: extra charge. Gîte deposit 500€. Cleaning deposit 200€.
