The Andernos beach and jetty are 600 metres from the gîte, with access via a pedestrianised street.
All amenities are less than 100 metres away on foot: free public car parks, daily covered market, small shops and supermarket, restaurants, cinema, "tour du bassin" cycle path.
The house was renovated in 2023 and comprises two bedrooms, a TV lounge, kitchen and shower room, separate WC.
A maximum of two pets is accepted at no extra charge.
