Beautiful studio of 25 square meters located on the first floor of a building without elevator (6 steps to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

The property is located in the historic center (Restricted Traffic Zone), just outside San Marco a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center; area well connected by public transport.

The accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace (shared).


The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (6 steps to access). Please pay more attention to travelling with children.


The interior space is composed as follows
- LIVING AREA / SLEEPING with double sofa bed, small "22 inch" TV, wardrobe, desk with chair, split A/C, access to the terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;

- LARGE TERRACE large in sharing with the other property furnished with table and chairs.

The air conditioning is provided ONLY via split A/C and is present only in the living/sleeping area.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
