Beautiful studio of 25 square meters located on the first floor of a building without elevator (6 steps to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.
The property is located in the historic center (Restricted Traffic Zone), just outside San Marco a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center; area well connected by public transport.
The accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace (shared). The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (6 steps to access). Please pay more attention to travelling with children.
The interior space is composed as follows: - LIVING AREA / SLEEPING with double sofa bed, small "22 inch" TV, wardrobe, desk with chair, split A/C, access to the terrace; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; - LARGE TERRACE large in sharing with the other property furnished with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, soundproofing windows, hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: Steps are required to access the terrace.
The air conditioning is provided ONLY via split A/C and is present only in the living/sleeping area.
There are video surveillance cameras at the entrance of the apartment and on the terrace.

Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
