"La Villa Lavandière," a beautiful 4-star property located just steps from the historic center of Colmar, in a pleasant and peaceful neighborhood with two private parking spaces.
This characterful house features bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light.
Upon entering, you'll enjoy a spacious living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV on one side, and a dining area and a guest toilet on the other.
Following this, you'll have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen.
On the south-facing terrace, you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility of the house. On the first floor, it features three bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a 140x200cm bed, and two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, and a separate toilet. On the second level, you access a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a dressing room. In the basement, you can enjoy a relaxation area or additional sleeping space with a sofa bed (140x200). You have two private parking spaces, an outdoor parking space, and a closed underground garage, located just steps from the house. Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market. All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price.
