Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living area offering a cozy lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a welcoming dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease.
From the living room, access the south-facing terrace, where you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of the setting. On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together as needed.
A bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. The second floor features a refined master suite, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a luxurious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a dressing room. Finally, in the basement, a relaxation area with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) offers additional sleeping space or a perfect place to unwind. This elegant and spacious villa combines comfort, charm, and practicality for an unforgettable stay in Colmar. Auf den 2. Blick vielleicht nicht überall ganz sauber. Abwicklung mit der Vermietung war etwas aufwändig und kompliziert.
