Both bright and comfortable, it has all the assets to offer you an unforgettable break on Reunion Island. Located at Etang-Salé-les-Hauts at an altitude of 164m, you will be charmed by its decoration which combines industrial style and antique furniture, all offering a warm atmosphere conducive to convivial moments. You will enjoy an inside-outside living experience thanks to the large, bright living room which opens through large bay windows onto the veranda, the superb infinity pool, the jacuzzi, without forgetting the sublime panoramic view of the Indian Ocean. Around the swimming pool, you will have the pleasure of sunbathing without being overlooked on the deckchairs but also of having an aperitif at sunset in the charming lounge area.
With a surface area of ??140m² on a plot of 692m², Villa Kalaé is as breathtaking as it is surprising! Among the 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites are completely independent, offering more privacy.

On the ground floor, in the main house
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped which has all the necessary equipment and utensils. Thanks to its island and numerous cupboards, it is also very functional.
- A large, bright living room with high ceilings and an exceptional opening to the outside. It has two large comfortable sofas, a flat screen, a desk and an air fan.
- A pantry/laundry room with storage spaces and a washing machine
- A separate toilet with hand basin
The upper floor is accessible by a large contemporary staircase adorned with a superb custom-made red railing.
- Up there, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the ocean. Each has a 160x200 cm bed and a large wardrobe.
- A spacious bathroom with large mirror, double golden sinks and walk-in shower.
- A separate toilet

- Two beautiful, tastefully decorated air-conditioned suites, each with a 160x200 cm bed, a polished concrete bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a small work space. They both have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, the 1st having a view of the swimming pool while the 2nd has a panoramic view of the ocean.

- A large veranda extends the living room, with a large dining table perfect for 8 people.
- A superb infinity salt pool which measures 9m x 5m, with a progressive depth up to 1m90. It is heated during the southern winter and has an alarm security system.
- The swimming pool is surrounded by green spaces, ideal for relaxing on the 2 deckchairs provided.
- An unobstructed space dedicated to the very large jacuzzi (heated all year round)
- A relaxation net, perfect for relaxing and taking a little nap at the end of the day.
- 4 private parking spaces in front of the villa and electric car charging station.
