Welcome to Apartment 3413 - Jakob - in the Kurhotel Schluchsee.
Your holiday flat is located on the edge of the tranquil village of Schluchsee in the heart of the Upper Black Forest.
The apartment complex is not far from the shores of the lake of the same name, at an altitude of almost 1000 metres, nestled in the unique hilly and wooded landscape of the low mountain range. The flat with around 42m² includes: - a cosy living and dining room with high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) convertible into a comfortable bed, dining area for 4 people and flatscreen TV. - an open-plan kitchenette with fridge incl. freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment. - one bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200cm), wardrobe and flatscreen TV. - a bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and WC. - a hallway with wardrobe. Both the bedroom and the living room have large, light-flooded windows and offer direct access to the balcony with a beautiful view.
German and foreign channels can be received via a central satellite system. During your stay you can expect: - Internet throughout the flat - 1 large and 1 small towel per person and bed linen - A sufficient number of free parking spaces directly in front of the house - Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house (for a small fee, coin-operated) - The newly renovated indoor swimming pool is available to all guests free of charge. - Free lending library in the house - Games room with table tennis table and table football in the house - Fitness room in the house (for a small fee) - Sauna in the house (for a fee) - Uncomplicated rubbish disposal in the hallway - This is a non-smoking holiday flat! - Pets are unfortunately not allowed. In the leisure pool "aqua fun", a heated outdoor pool - located directly on the lake, with a giant slide, current channel and adventure playground, families can really let off steam.
The bathing lake offers a variety of water sports and leisure activities.
Anglers, divers, surfers and sailors all get their money's worth.
The Schluchseer Jägersteig is a premium hiking trail with marvellous views of the Schluchsee.
There is a large network of cycle paths around the lake for mountain bikers and cyclists. The flat is easy to reach by car on the Bundesstraße 500 or by train via Freiburg and then with the Höllental or Drei-Seen-Bahn railway.
It is around 15 minutes on foot from Schluchsee railway station to the flat.
Shopping facilities for your daily needs can be found in Schluchsee or in the neighbourhood.
In just 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot you can reach an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery.
Thanks to the Konus Card, which is included with this holiday home, you can experience the Black Forest by bus and train free of charge.
This means you can easily travel to Freiburg or Titisee.

Die Wohnung ist renoviert sehr komfortabel und fantastisch ausgestattet.
Für 2 Personen super, das Sofabett für die 3.und/oder 4. Personen eher unbequem. Der Apartmentkomplex ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
