It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift) of a holiday home, it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa... - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A balcony measuring approximately 3×1m - A 6×3 m heated swimming pool, shared with a second gîte, accessible subject to the owners’ availability and fitted with a safety device. - A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally situated in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Visits to nearby châteaux - Bio-parc - Wine cellars - Fishing Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park, or for free in the nearby public car park. 1 vehicle in the apartment’s private car park (if safety instructions in the private car park and in the gîte courtyard are not followed, we will be obliged to remove the vehicle) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Montreuil Belay station, a 15-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, 1 hour 45 minutes by car Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Swimming pool: children must be supervised by a parent at all times.
