Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a cottage, it consists of a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A balcony measuring approximately 3×1m
- A heated swimming pool (6×3m) shared with a second cottage, open from April to October with a safety device
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second cottage, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
