This beautiful and intimate cottage for 4 people is the ideal retreat to get away from urban stress without losing proximity to services and leisure. Situated just a few minutes' drive from the town centre of Coín, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops and local activities. In addition, its excellent location allows you to conveniently explore the province of Málaga, with quick connections to Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Ardales and Cártama. 🚗✨

To get there, you will drive along an unpaved but well-kept road for about 800 metres. Within the plot, you will find a natural environment with several outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The private swimming pool, with mountain views and surrounded by greenery, guarantees moments of privacy and relaxation for the whole family. It can be accessed from the outside porch and has small stairs for ease of use. 🏊‍♂️🌿



The exterior is equipped with functional and comfortable furniture, ideal for family lunches or quiet moments, both in the area next to the kitchen and in the covered porch connected to the dining room. 🍽️🌞



The interior is bright and functional. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals.




The living-dining room is a cosy space where a steel fireplace with glass insert provides warmth in cold weather, perfect for long chats or watching television. On warm days, a ceiling fan provides a pleasant natural coolness. From here, you have direct access to the covered porch and garden. 🔥📺🍃



The house has two bedrooms, both exterior and with space to store luggage neatly. One has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, while the second has two single beds. In the corridor that connects the bedrooms there is a second bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine for greater comfort during your stay. 🛏️🚿




🐾 Special note about Mily

We would like to inform you that Mily, a very affectionate and calm cat 🐱, lives in the vicinity of the house. She comes into the house from time to time, which is why the accommodation is named after her.



If guests wish, they can feed her during their stay. Mily's food can be found on the bottom shelf next to the fridge.




👉 If you prefer not to have contact with animals, you can simply avoid letting her inside.



The accommodation includes free internet connection to keep you connected during your rural getaway. 📶



Situated in an ideal area for families and children, this 102 m² house offers mountain and garden views, as well as heat pump heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, mosquito nets in all rooms, alarm, hairdryer, iron, and outdoor parking in the same building. As for its location, it is only 3 km from local supermarkets and restaurants, 6 km from the centre of Coín and within easy reach of beaches, water parks, golf courses and other points of interest such as Málaga, Marbella and Fuengirola, making this house a strategic point to combine nature and leisure. 🌊⛳🍴
