A former farmhouse, completely renovated into a comfortable and modern holiday cottage, facing the Basque Country mountains, near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and its activities (6 km). The cottage is on one level, opening onto a south-facing covered terrace with breathtaking views. The property is not fenced and is surrounded by meadows and sheep: your pet is welcome but must be supervised. The kitchen is well-equipped (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). There is an adjoining utility room (washing machine). The living room is spacious and bright, with a lounge area (TV, fiber optic internet, books, children's games). One bedroom (one queen bed), shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin) and adjoining dressing room. One bedroom (two single beds that can be joined together), adjoining shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin). One WC. Beds are made up for your arrival.

Towels and linens are provided.

Baby equipment available on request (cot and high chair). Heating via air source heat pump (reversible to air conditioning in summer), low utility costs (meter reading). 30 m² terrace facing the mountains, garden furniture, sun loungers, gas griddle. Owners' house at the rear of the cottage.

Le gîte de Solange est vraiment magnifique et très bien équipé. Le grande terrasse est un vrai plus, pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes environnantes. L’accueil est parfait. Bref, je recommande sans restriction.

Le gîte est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et calme. Il est bien situé (proche commerces, Espagne, randonnées, océan). La terrasse est très agréable, avec une jolie vue. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et bienveillants.

Très joli gite, à la rénovation et à l'aménagement de qualité.Une vue à presque 360°, chaque jour différente.Des randos et toutes les commodités à moins de 10 min.Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour un super séjour.En prime l'accueil et la sympathie de Solange et des brebis voisines ;)
