The old Larrouy farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer you comfort and modern amenities within a traditional setting where beams and stonework have been preserved.
You will appreciate its natural surroundings and the rolling landscapes of the Pyrenean foothills, between Pau and Lourdes.
This detached, air-conditioned house includes an adjoining barn.
A veranda overlooks meadows and mountains. Ground floor: Modern, well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer). Adjoining utility room (washing machine, additional fridge-freezer). Living room with lounge area (TV, pellet stove) opening onto an air-conditioned veranda (beautiful view). Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber optic). Separate WC. Master suite comprising one bedroom (one queen-size bed), adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin), and dressing room. Upstairs: Landing with reading/games area.
Shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed). - Beds made upon arrival and towels available for rent. Terrace, garden furniture.
